Move More is a movement-reminder app for Android phones and Wear OS watches. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Move More and the choices available to you.
At a glance: Most Move More settings and activity history are stored locally on your device. Health Connect is optional. Move More does not request or use precise location.
Information we process
Move More may process the following information:
- Activity and wellness information: Step counts, movement signals, broad activity states, movement and sitting time, goals, streaks, and reminder history.
- Health Connect information: If you choose to enable Health Connect, Move More may read step totals and sleep-session times. Move More does not write information to Health Connect.
- App information: Settings, reminder schedules, language, daily history, subscription status, and other information needed to provide the app.
- Purchase information: Subscription and purchase status provided by Google Play and RevenueCat. Move More does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Pseudonymous app identifier: Move More derives a one-way, app-scoped identifier from an Android device identifier. The raw Android identifier is not stored or transmitted. The pseudonymous identifier is used to keep analytics, crash reports, and subscription access consistent after reinstalling or clearing app storage on the same device.
- Device and advertising information: The free phone app may display ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, app information, ad interactions, and related diagnostic information in accordance with their policies.
Move More does not request or use precise location.
How we use information
Information is used to:
- provide movement tracking, reminders, goals, history, and insights;
- keep the phone and paired watch in sync;
- respect your settings and sleep schedule;
- process and restore subscriptions;
- understand app usage and diagnose crashes;
- maintain, secure, and improve the app; and
- provide advertising in the free phone app.
Storage and sharing
Most Move More settings and activity history are stored locally on your device. Information may be exchanged between your phone and paired watch through Google Play services so the apps remain synchronized.
Move More uses trusted service providers where necessary to operate the app, including Google Play services, Health Connect, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, and RevenueCat. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
Move More does not sell your health or wellness information.

Your choices
You can:
- grant or revoke Android and Health Connect permissions in system settings;
- enable or disable Health Connect integration;
- manage notification and advertising preferences through Android or Google settings;
- clear locally stored Move More information by clearing app storage or uninstalling the apps; and
- manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
Uninstalling Move More does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Data retention
Locally stored information remains on your device until it is removed by the app, you clear app storage, or you uninstall Move More. Google, RevenueCat, and other service providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Security
Move More uses Android security controls and encrypted connections provided by its service providers. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Move More is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in the user’s country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Move More or its service providers change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
